What is this Privacy Policy?
This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), together with the terms of use, describes the Company’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of the information provided by Users and Visitors (as defined herein below) of the Platforms. The Company shall not use the User’s information in any manner except as provided under this Privacy Policy. Every User who accesses or uses the Platforms shall be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Why this Privacy Policy?
3.1 This Privacy Policy is published pursuant to:
3.1.1. Section 43A of theInformation Technology Act, 2000;
3.1.2. Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practicesand Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”); and
3.1.3. Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines)Rules, 2011.
3.2 This Privacy Policy sets out the type of information collected from the Users,including the nature of the sensitive personal data or information, the purpose,means and modes of usage of such information and how and to whom the Companyshall disclose such information.
Visitors Note
6.1. No personal information or Financial Information is automatically collected from any visitors of the Platforms who are merely perusing or browsing the Platforms (“Visitor”). Nevertheless, the provisions of this Privacy Policy are applicable to Visitors, and Visitors are required to read, understand and accept the privacy statements set out herein, failing which they are required to leave the Platforms immediately.
6.2. A User will not merely be a Visitor if the User has willingly submitted any personal information or Financial Information (including phone numbers, email addresses, responses to surveys, etc.) to the Company through any means, including email, telephone calls, telephonic messaging or while availing or signing-up for the Services. All such Visitors will be deemed to be, and will be treated as, Users for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and in which case, all the statements in this Privacy Policy shall apply to the User.
6.3. If you, as a Visitor, have inadvertently browsed any other pages of the Platforms prior to reading the privacy statements set out herein, and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is obtained, stored or used, merely quitting the Platforms should ordinarily clear all temporary cookies installed by the Company. All Visitors, however, are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality on their browsers to ensure such clearing or deletion, as the Company cannot guarantee, predict or provide for the behavior of the equipment of all the Visitors of the Platforms.
6.4. If you are accessing the Platforms from outside India, it is solely User’s responsibility to ensure that User’s access does not breach or violate any local or national law applicable in the place from where you are making the access, for the time being in force.

Diwali Campaign – In Every Sparkle Rewards Programme at Jio World Plaza
1-Diwali Campaign – In Every Sparkle Rewards Programme (“Rewards Programme”) at the Jio World Plaza (“JWP”) is open to eligible customers (defined below) from 12th October 2024 to 15th November 2024 (“Rewards Programme Period”).
2-To be eligible for the Rewards Programme, customers must make purchases of the value as per the reward tiers (“Tiers”) during the Rewards Programme Period across all retail stores at the JWP (“Eligible Customer/s”).
3-Each Eligible Customer as per the Tiers shall receive rewards as per the Rewards Programme (‘Rewards’).
4-Each Eligible Customer is entitled to only one Reward based on the highest Tier which they qualify for.
5-Multiple invoices may be submitted by Eligible Customers to reach the required total Tier amount during the Rewards Programme Period.
6-Winners shall be Eligible Customers during the Rewards Programme Period (“Winner”) and Winners shall be contacted on basis of the information provided by them.
7-Invoices alongwith ID proof must be presented at the JWP Concierge located on Level 1.
8-The Concierge shall stamp the submitted invoices to prevent resubmission.
9-Rewards are valid for redemption for a period mentioned on the Voucher from the date of issue and cannot be renewed or extended.
10-The Winner shall be solely liable for any tax implications arising out of the same.
11-Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money and must be redeemed in a single instance. Any amount in excess of the Voucher value shall be the Winner’s sole responsibility to pay and Winner shall not receive any refund of any unused balance.
12-Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Management shall not be responsible for lost or damaged Rewards nor be liable to replace them in such circumstances.
13-Winner must present physical Vouchers for redemption and shall comply with the Voucher usage terms and conditions. Winner shall be solely responsible to adhere to the particular brand/company’s terms and conditions without any recourse to the Management/JWP.
14-Eligible Customers may be required to provide valid government issued photo identification for verification purposes before receiving the Rewards.
15-Eligible Customers opting to receive Rewards acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of their personal information, including but not limited to name and contact details that will be used exclusively for the administration of the Rewards Programme, and Rewards redemption processes.
16-Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice.
17-Eligible Customers who opt to receive Rewards may be requested to participate in promotional activities associated with the Rewards Programme as required and directed by Management.
18-By opting to receive Rewards, Eligible Customers willingly grant permission for the use of their names and images in promotional materials without any additional compensation.
19-Management reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or are found to be engaged in any fraudulent activities.
20-Management shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Rewards Programme.
21-Management reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, and to withdraw this Rewards Programme at any time at its sole discretion.
22-The Rewards Programme is not applicable to purchases made outside the Rewards Programme Period.
23-These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this Rewards Programme.
24-Eligible Customers opting to receive Rewards affirm that they have thoroughly read and understood and have voluntarily agreed to adhere to these detailed terms and conditions, including provisions relating to data privacy.
