Why this Privacy Policy?
3.1 This Privacy Policy is published pursuant to:
3.1.1. Section 43A of theInformation Technology Act, 2000;
3.1.2. Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practicesand Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”); and
3.1.3. Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines)Rules, 2011.
3.2 This Privacy Policy sets out the type of information collected from the Users,including the nature of the sensitive personal data or information, the purpose,means and modes of usage of such information and how and to whom the Companyshall disclose such information.
What is this Privacy Policy?
This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), together with the terms of use, describes the Company’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of the information provided by Users and Visitors (as defined herein below) of the Platforms. The Company shall not use the User’s information in any manner except as provided under this Privacy Policy. Every User who accesses or uses the Platforms shall be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Visitors Note
6.1. No personal information or Financial Information is automatically collected from any visitors of the Platforms who are merely perusing or browsing the Platforms (“Visitor”). Nevertheless, the provisions of this Privacy Policy are applicable to Visitors, and Visitors are required to read, understand and accept the privacy statements set out herein, failing which they are required to leave the Platforms immediately.
6.2. A User will not merely be a Visitor if the User has willingly submitted any personal information or Financial Information (including phone numbers, email addresses, responses to surveys, etc.) to the Company through any means, including email, telephone calls, telephonic messaging or while availing or signing-up for the Services. All such Visitors will be deemed to be, and will be treated as, Users for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and in which case, all the statements in this Privacy Policy shall apply to the User.
6.3. If you, as a Visitor, have inadvertently browsed any other pages of the Platforms prior to reading the privacy statements set out herein, and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is obtained, stored or used, merely quitting the Platforms should ordinarily clear all temporary cookies installed by the Company. All Visitors, however, are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality on their browsers to ensure such clearing or deletion, as the Company cannot guarantee, predict or provide for the behavior of the equipment of all the Visitors of the Platforms.
6.4. If you are accessing the Platforms from outside India, it is solely User’s responsibility to ensure that User’s access does not breach or violate any local or national law applicable in the place from where you are making the access, for the time being in force.

Terms and Conditions - Coffee Omakese
By registering for the Coffee Omakase with Bili Hu event (“Event”) conducted by Jio World Plaza at The Atrium (Organisers/we/us), you (participant(s), you or your) agree to the following Terms and Conditions and abide by the same:
- Prior registration is mandatory and subject to availability.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Participants must be 21 years or older.
- Please inform the organizers in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted during the session.
- Event details (including date, time, venue, or content) are subject to change or cancellation at the Organisers’ discretion.
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. By attending, you consent to the use of the same.
- Respectful behavior towards instructors, attendees, and staff is expected at all times.
- In case of any dispute, Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Terms and Conditions - Plaza Christmas Playland
Jio World Plaza (“JWP”) will be hosting multiple activities for children under the title ‘Plaza Christmas Playland’ at its premises (“Venue”) starting from 19th December, 2025 and ending by 31st December, 2025 which includes activities like decorations, children indoor play area, doodle wall activities etc. (“Activities”). Age limit for the participants is minimum 3 (three) years old. In order to register as a participant on behalf of the child, the parent or guardian supervising the child must purchase the tickets available at the

By allowing your child to play in the Plaza Christmas Playland facility, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Supervision Responsibility: You understand that while reasonable measures are taken to ensure safety, adult supervision is mandatory at all times. The management and staff of Jio World Plaza and/or Reliance Industries Limited are not responsible for supervising your child.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that although the Activities are designed to be fun, however, a child may still find the Activities to be challenging to some extent which solely depends on the skill, interest and capabilities a child possesses. We strongly recommend the supervising adult to be in charge of the child present at the Activity. Hence, you hereby accept all the risks, if any associated with your child's participation in activities within the Plaza Christmas Playland facility.
- Health and Well-being: You confirm that your child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the Activities. You agree to keep us notified in advanced of any serious conditions especially contagious diseases associated to your child's health or well-being. Plaza Christmas Playland shall not be accountable for any disease outbreak or widespread caused from the exposure of other participants to the infection. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who might pose a health risk to our other participants.
- Personal Belongings: JWP/Plaza Christmas Playland is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency or any hazard, you are hereby bound to follow the instructions of the staff members of the JWP/Plaza Christmas Playland strictly. You agree to indemnify JWP/Plaza Christmas Playland and its staff from any claims arising from your participation or any unfortunate incident which occurs on your supervision.
- Behavioural Expectations: You are responsible for ensuring that your child behaves in a respectful and safe manner towards others and the equipment. JWP/Plaza Christmas Playland reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive. Parents and guardians are reasonably expected to pay close enough attention to children to prevent injury and excessive disruption.
- Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release JWP/Plaza Christmas Playland, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages sustained while using the Plaza Christmas Playland facilities.
- Ticketing Terms & Conditions:
- By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
- Ticket prices are exclusive of GST.
- JWP reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation.
- JWP, the Venue and the Ticketing Company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of this ticket and reserves the right to refuse entry to such ticket holders.
- No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions.
- Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
- Please remember to carry a valid government issued photo ID Proof (Driver`s License/ Aadhar Card/ Passport) for yourself and your child. You may not be permitted to enter in the absence of a valid ID Proof.
- Artist line-up and event schedule can change without prior intimation.
- Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
- Handheld personal communication devices will be permitted unless otherwise advised. As a condition of entry to the Venue, you agree that the creation, storage or use of any data or recordings, for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your own enjoyment) is not permitted without prior written permission from JWP.
- Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, lighters, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the Venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the Venue.
- Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to the anti-narcotics police.
- The management & organizers will not be held liable for claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other products at the Plaza Christmas Playland.
- Parking near or at the JWP is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- You shall not use or display within the venue, any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from JWP.
- Areas at the Venue are built to capacity. Management reserves the right to hold entry of ticket holders into the Venue till such time that the capacity opens up to safe limits to ensure a safe experience.
- Venue rules apply.
- Visitors to the Venue are requested to acknowledge the personal space of others at the event. Any recordings of other visitors in the form of picture, video or audio recordings must not be captured and/or published on public platforms without their consent.
- The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the Venue.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- By entering the Venue, you consent to the possibility of yourself and your child being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes
- Jio World Plaza has the right to use any photograph, video, graphic or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the Venue and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.
- The holder of this ticket grants JWP the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.
- Intellectual Property (IP): All content presented in the Activities by experts, such as text, design, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of the respective IP owner and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of India. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express permission.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the results and proceeds of availing our services or accessing our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services/cancellations/delays of Activities, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Other terms and conditions: In addition to the terms envisaged herein, kindly refer to the any other terms and conditions/privacy policies mentioned on our website. In case of difference of opinion, the decision of management shall be final and binding.
- Security: Participants are subject to all safety and security policies and procedures maintained by Plaza Christmas Playland including policies relating to social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, etc. as Plaza Christmas Playland may in its absolute discretion deem fit from time to time.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai.
